Dan has been a lifelong resident of Orchard Park and member of the Orchard Park Fire District for 20 years.  His firefighting EMS career has included a climb through the ranks, Lieutenant, Captain, Assistant Chief and Chief of the Hillcrest Fire Company.

Dan also serves as a Deputy Commissioner for the Erie County Department of Emergency Services, an adjunct instructor for the New York State Emergency Management Office and Member of the Buffalo, EMS Advisory Board.
