The Board of Fire Commissioner’s, meet on the first Tuesday following the second Monday, at 20:00 hrs. 

Windom Fire Company meets on the first Monday of the month. 

Orchard Park Fire Company meets on the first Tuesday of the month. 

Hillcrest Fire Company meets on the first Wednesday of the month. 

District Fire Training is the fourth Monday of the month. 

Fire Drills are scheduled on the first and second Monday evenings at 19:00 hrs

EMS drills are scheduled on the third Monday of the month at 19:00 hrs and on the last Wednesday of the even months. 

Rope rescue team drills are at Hillcrest on the first Saturday of the month at 09:00 hrs. 

RIT drills are scheduled on the last Wednesday of the odd months.

ICE Rescue training is scheduled when weather allows frozen areas to work in.
